Aristocrat Technologies’ newly refurbished seven-storey headquarters in Macquarie Park blends biophilic design with a vibrant brand identity. The design goal was to create a dynamic workspace that not only enhances employee well-being but also supports both collaborative and private work environments.
The objective was to design a workspace that integrated natural elements, fostering employee well-being, while supporting collaborative spaces and providing privacy for focused work. The challenge was to harmonize biophilic design principles with the need for flexible, functional spaces that support a wide range of activities.
TCW contributed a selection of furniture solutions that helped achieve this balance. Informal meeting areas were outfitted with the Garden Bench and Rosebud Ottomans, promoting social interactions in comfortable, welcoming settings. The Hedgeline screening system created semi-private retreats for focused work, while the custom Hollyhock lounges with integrated planters seamlessly blended biophilic elements with functional design. Other pieces like the Conical tables and Topiary lounge added both aesthetic appeal and practicality, contributing to a well-rounded and vibrant workspace.
