Telstra’s Future Retail Environment: A Space Designed for Comfort and Connection
TCW has partnered with Telstra to design, and space plan their stores as part of their Future Retail Environment program. Over a dozen new stores have been developed with a focus on creating environments that facilitate meaningful, comfortable conversations between consultants and customers.
To design a flexible, functional, and inviting retail space that supports a variety of customer interactions, offering a range of seating options for different needs and preferences.
TCW provided the Longo range of furniture, chosen for its simple design and robust structure, to meet Telstra’s requirements for customer comfort and service quality:
• Flexibility and Choice: The Longo range allows customers to choose their seating preference, whether they want to sit more relaxed on an ottoman or in a more formal setting with a banquet. This adaptable approach empowers customers to feel comfortable and in control of their environment.
• Open and Interactive Spaces: The furniture enhances open, interactive spaces that foster connection, ensuring customers and consultants can communicate effectively. The soft seating, with its cool blue upholstery, mirrors Telstra’s brand aesthetic, creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The Longo range has successfully contributed to Telstra’s new stores, offering functional and flexible furniture solutions that promote a positive, collaborative customer experience.
