Innovative Spaces: Tennant Australia’s New Workplace Embodies Sustainability and Ergonomic Excellence
TCW partnered with JMC Design and Accelerate to create Tennant Australia’s new Western Sydney workplace. As a global leader in sustainable cleaning solutions, Tennant sought a space that would reflect their commitment to a “cleaner, safer, and healthier world,” while supporting employee well-being, comfort, and collaboration.
Design and furnish a workplace that aligns with Tennant’s sustainability principles, while ensuring the space supports employee productivity, collaboration, and comfort. The goal was to create a workspace that helps people feel supported and thrive in their roles.
TCW installed the Matrix Pro desk system, which provides seamless height adjustments for ergonomic flexibility, ensuring that employees can function at their best. Paired with LX Desk Monitor Arms, the solution maximized desk space and provided optimal screen positioning. Custom 120-degree workstations were tailored to meet the specific needs of different teams, while Anders Chairs brought modern design and comfort to breakout areas and the staff café. Australian-made Talki Tables enhanced collaborative spaces, and biophilic elements, such as planters atop lockable storage units, added a touch of nature to the environment, reinforcing the focus on sustainability.
