Bit
Bit is a one-piece armless chair moulded in fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene, designed for Nardi by Raffaello Galiotto. The seat and back carry a fine all-over perforation, which keeps the chair visually light, and the colour runs right through the resin rather than sitting on the surface. The resin is UV-stabilised for full sun, the finish is matt and the feet are non-slip rubber. Nardi rates it for both outdoor and indoor use, so the same chair can run from a terrace into a café or canteen. It stacks ten high. Made in Italy at Nardi's plants in Chiampo. The resin and rubber parts can be recycled at the end of the chair's life.
