Kanvas
Kanvas is a light, stackable chair with a slim, glossy polypropylene shell whose sculpted back flexes gently as you lean. Designed by Stefano Sandonà, it is narrow enough for dense training rooms, auditoriums and classrooms, and tidy enough for cafés, breakout areas and shops. The shell sits on a choice of frames: four steel legs in chrome or white, a wire sled, solid beech legs, or a height-adjustable swivel on a polished aluminium five-star base with castors. Arms are an option on the four-leg and swivel chairs, and the shell can be fully upholstered, upholstered with fluted stitching, or fitted with a seat pad. Matching stools come in two seat heights. Kanvas 2 has a taller, squarer back on four-leg, sled and swivel frames, with arms on the sled and swivel. With a white painted frame, Kanvas can be used outdoors.
