Innovative Workspace Solutions: Aryzta’s Functional, Collaborative Office Design

Aryzta, an international supplier of specialty foods, turned to TCW to create an effective and lasting workplace solution. The focus was on designing workstation clusters and meeting rooms that not only functioned well for daily tasks but also fostered collaboration and teamwork within an adaptable, vibrant environment.

Challenge

To create a workspace that enhances productivity and collaboration, providing flexible, comfortable areas that promote both individual work and group interaction.

Solution

TCW collaborated with Design Tactics Sydney to deliver a workspace solution that balances functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability:

• Wing Chairs: These lightweight, durable chairs are perfect for breakout spaces. Their resilience and material composition make them ideal for high-traffic areas, while their design and colors brighten up the space and encourage a positive, energetic atmosphere.

• Boomerang Meeting Tables: Available in a variety of dimensions, these tables are designed to accommodate different group sizes and collaborative tasks, making them a flexible solution for meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions. The choice of materials ensures both longevity and visual appeal, aligning with Aryzta’s commitment to creating dynamic work environments.

Results

The Aryzta office now supports a dynamic, thriving workspace where employees feel comfortable and inspired. The design promotes flexibility and collaboration, allowing the team to function efficiently across various tasks. The sustainable, adaptable furniture solutions integrate seamlessly with the space, enhancing the overall experience and fostering a strong sense of community and productivity
