Catapult

The challenge was to furnish an expansive office space that catered to the needs of a rapidly growing company while ensuring flexibility in how teams work. The new facility needed to support both focused work and collaborative interactions, including spaces for specialized testing and co-working.

TCW worked with Hot Black and Renascent to source and supply a range of ergonomic and functional furniture, including Polo and 4+ Tables, sit-to-stand desks, MOX-4 workstations, Sync2 chairs, and custom storage solutions such as Tambour Door Cabinets and lockers. These furniture solutions support various working styles and ensure both comfort and productivity.

The new office also features a large testing laboratory, larger than the company’s first two offices combined, where all devices are thoroughly tested before leaving headquarters. The entire team of 80 Melbourne-based staff now works on a single floor, with additional amenities and collaborative spaces on the second floor.

The furniture supplied by TCW helped create functional, flexible workspaces that foster both focused work and dynamic collaboration. By sourcing high-quality, ergonomic products, we supported the company’s social goals of enhancing staff well-being and engagement. The newly expanded facility offers a productive, sustainable environment that supports the growth and success of Catapult in the future.
