Creating Flexible Spaces for Collaboration and Innovation

Finity is Australia and New Zealand’s largest independent actuarial and analytical consulting firm, providing a unique perspective on a wide range of business challenges. Their Sydney CBD office space was designed to foster collaboration and adaptability while maintaining a focus on comfort and practicality.

Challenge

To design flexible, functional spaces that encourage collaboration and casual meetings, while ensuring comfort and style in an open-plan environment.

Solution

TCW supplied and installed breakout and loose furniture throughout this incredible space, including pieces from Loook Industries, known for their blend of comfort and functionality.

• Flexible and Adaptable: The organic shape of the low lounge seating allows the space to transform effortlessly, supporting both collaborative work and casual meetings. This adaptability ensures the office can function dynamically, offering a variety of seating options depending on the situation.

• Open and Inviting: The furniture creates an open, welcoming environment, enabling employees to feel at ease while interacting with one another, fostering positive connections.

Results

The new office layout reflects Finity’s commitment to sustainability, practicality, and employee well-being. The furniture enhances the overall experience, enabling staff to thrive in a flexible environment where both formal and informal interactions can occur seamlessly. By focusing on the function and feel of the space, TCW and Glasgow Hart have helped Finity create an environment where employees are empowered to collaborate and succeed.
