Where Innovation Meets Belonging: A New Workspace Designed for Growth

A multinational technology company operating in over 90 countries, that specialises in digital innovation and systems integration. As part of its expansion strategy, the company sought to establish a new Sydney office to support market growth and provide its team with an inspiring, high-performance workspace that fosters belonging, comfort, and functionality.

Challenge

Operating in a fast-paced industry, the business required a seamless office transition within a tight timeframe. With notice given on its previous lease, a new location secured, and a lease signed, the project was on an accelerated schedule. JDV Projects needed to execute a design and construct solution efficiently, ensuring no disruption to daily operations while meeting the company’s high standards.

Solution

JDV Projects selected TCW as the preferred furniture partner, leveraging their established collaboration and TCW’s ability to deliver within the project’s budget and design requirements. The brief prioritised high-quality finishes while adhering to strict budget and lead time constraints. TCW’s expertise in sourcing, along with strategic material and fabric selections, allowed for cost-effective enhancements, ensuring a refined aesthetic without exceeding financial limits.

Results

The result is a beautifully designed office that reflects quality and functionality. Bespoke furniture elements, combined with thoughtful sourcing decisions, created a workspace that inspires the team while supporting their performance needs. Despite time and budget constraints, the project exceeded expectations, delivering a sophisticated, high-quality environment that aligns with the company’s vision for growth and innovation.
