Northern Beaches Hospital is a cutting-edge healthcare facility that integrates modern design with exceptional health services. The design challenge was to provide furniture solutions that offered both visual appeal and high functionality, supporting the hospital’s commitment to delivering quality care in a high-performance environment.

Challenge

The task was to deliver furniture solutions that seamlessly blended aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable environment for both patients and staff while maintaining the operational needs of the hospital. The solutions needed to enhance both the physical space and the overall patient experience, aligning with the hospital’s vision for excellent care.

Solution

TCW supplied a selection of furniture that perfectly balanced style with function. Iconic pieces such as the Badminton and Eeni chairs by Lux Studio contributed to a warm, inviting atmosphere in the atrium foyer. Avant modular bench seating provided a simple, easy-to-maintain solution for the waiting area, promoting comfort and efficiency. Additionally, the antimicrobial Wing Chairs were installed throughout the wards and staff areas, ensuring comfort while promoting hygiene and patient safety.
